Minutes

The facilitators team gives a brief introduction to the assembly in which explains that this assembly is not decisional but merely for the coordination of international working groups working for the preparation of 12M and 15M.
Explains the symbols used on this assembly, consisting of writing on the chat mumble a +1 if you agree with the proposal and a -1 if you’re not.
It is recommended to use a headset to avoid echoes and reverberations.

0. Facilitators:

Facilitators group asked the working groups to attach the minutes of last meeting and the time and place of next meeting. Groups are also asked to create a contact email and send Minutes and other documents to facilitators mail to facilitate the dissemination and publication of their work progress

We propose a biweekly Assemblies to enhance working groups enough time to develop.
So the next meeting is on Saturday 3th March.

We recall the consensus of the previous meeting consensus was reached on the rotation of servers:

occupytalk → takethesquare → democraciarealya

So the next meeting will be on the server of the takethesquare, room 12M15M

Also be given a sweeping by the other rooms to ensure that no one is to miss the meeting.

They have basically focus on create links and contacts, among them World Social Forum

2. Global call

Basically they have read different proposals from all over the world.
They have also opened a group on n-1 for enabling larger participation:

They have also created a tool to facilitate discussion that will be launched on Monday February 20th:

It is reported that for the 15O we did not make a Global Call, since it is difficult to resume all demands on a global one. And some people do not think is necessary for 12M15M. they argued that local call is better to adapt to each different context.

It is said that the debt could be a possible connection point, because surely all agree we would be annulled.

3. Methodology

The group was empty. Facilitators group takes over, as it is the work that has already being done.

4. Technical Group

The group was empty. It remains open pending to be formed and which you will find necessary technical group.

Every COMMUNICATION MEETINGS TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY 8:30 PM (UTC +1) mumble-Occupy-12-15M-COMMUNICATION

They are making connections with all possible places to get a global coordination for the 12th and 15th May. Their core work is mostly Europe and America. But they are contacting with Russia, Australia and the Arab world. They also seek to have contacts with the Asian world.
They agreed on using the same tools that were used for the15O

POINT B (information, questions, suggestions …)

There is open a talk of possible changing/rotating the schedule of meetings in order to facilitate China participation (due to different timing). We talk about different possibilities to facilitate different regions as rotating schedule, or several meetings based on different time zones. Since is a important topic, there will be a specific agenda point on this issue next meeting. (March 3th on Takethesquare server)

Is reported that every Thursday from now on, on Occupy server will be hold a meeting to discuss what is happening on the camps and local assemblies worldwide. Be free to disseminate and participate
